Today, I managed to squeeze in a
40 min workout into my busy day. I was able to do
stretches, pushups, situps, crunches, bicycle kicks, plank and side-plank. Progress is real and visible, while my motivation is increasing. I realise that I have to run more frequently to increase fat burn and I will do that on a more regular basis now that the weather is getting warmer. Cold weather sucks.
