30 mins Workout

Today I managed to do a 30 mins workout consisting of stretches, situps, pushups, squats, crunches and leg lifts. It was not very difficult working out today for some reason. I guess the motivation problem was not there today. It is always good to aspire to achieve a certain goal when working out.
