30 min Workout

Today was a good day because I didn't feel like I was not in the mood to workout. I actually looked forward to it. I managed to doa 30 min workout consisting of stretches, pushups, situps, crunches, bicycle kicks, one-leg hops and lifts. This video was really inspirational and I really think that such a transformation is possible for the average person.
