Yesterday I did a 30 min workout which comprised of stretches, pushups, situps, crunches, leg-raises and glute bridges. It has been a while since I did these excersises properly and yesterday was the first time Iactually did them properly after a long time. I'm getting back into my routine slowly and surely. Apologies for not posting: It's a been a busy few weeks
So it's been a busy couple of weeks and I've not been able to work out much at all. However, I did do a 20 min workout today and also ran a 10km run on Wednesday. The run was very good because I beat my best time for a 10km run from 53min 50 secs by 4 mins to complete it in 49 mins 56 secs.
